“A team that truly puts patients first.”
After nearly 15 years of searching for a solution to my dental issues, I finally found the right team at Union Dental Implant Center. Throughout those years, I saw several specialists who repeatedly told me that a full-arch implant was too extreme and not the right treatment for me. They were completely wrong.
Dr. Adam Carter took the time to thoroughly evaluate my case, review my history, and explain every step of the process. His expertise and confidence immediately gave me peace of mind. After years of uncertainty, I finally had a doctor who understood my situation and recommended the treatment that was truly right for me.
The entire team is exceptional. Lisa, Lauren, Julie, Juan, the front desk staff, and Dr. Carter all treated me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and respect. From my first visit through surgery and recovery, everything was clearly explained, and I always felt informed and supported. What impressed me most is that I never felt like they were focused on making a sale. Their priority was always my health and achieving the best possible outcome.
It’s only been one week since my surgery, and I already feel amazing. Choosing Union Dental Implant Center has been one of the best healthcare decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. Carter and his entire staff changed my life.
I have been wearing dentures for 30 years and before that had some kind of prosthetic. I researched and visited several centers but I wanted Zygomatic surgery/teeth and boy did they deliver! I had a very complex situation so I needed the best. Not only are they wonderful to work with but the surgery is very delicate and his technology is like futuristic. His skills are undeniable. Thank you so very much. I can smile confidently and feel better than I have in over 40 years! You did that! You are simply the best from beginning to completion.

I went to Union Dental Implant Center seeking a second opinion consultation for a 4 on 4 full mouth restoration. Lauren was so friendly on the phone and in person as well. Dr. Carter notified me that I was not a candidate for this type of treatment, he explained everything throughly. Both Lauren and Dr. Carter sat with me and went over my options which did not include treatment at their office but gave me a referral to another office. I appreciate Union Dental for being open and honest and being very through. I did not feel like they were there to take my money but rather they had my interest and care at heart. I would 10/10 recommend Union Dental Implant Center.

As an anesthesiologist that provides services all over central texas, Union Dental Implant center stands as one of the best facilities to get full mouth makeovers. The surgeon, Dr. Carter, is very highly regarded in the implant community and does advanced techniques that a lot of other dentists cannot do. His results are amazing, and his skill elite. The office is a botique, modern facility. It’s a locally owned small business, not a chain implant center. You can’t go wrong with Union and their price is unbeatable.

Dr. Adam and his team are absolutely top-notch! From the front desk to the technicians, everyone is welcoming and professional. What impressed me most is their commitment to follow-up — they make sure everything is right, not just the day of surgery, but months and years later. Lauren is amazing as well, explaining all the details from procedure to financing. Highly recommend this full-service office!
