I’ve been to many dentist in this desert and this is by far the best office i’ve been in. I never wait long even if i show up a little early, the staff is kind and answer any questions i have, and it’s very clean and calm in the office. The Dentist is very gentle and quick with every thing i’ve had done. this office has helped me so much with my dental health! definitely recommend

I wanted to find a dental office closer to home so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Palm Desert. After a ton of research, I decided to try Universal Dental and I’m really glad I did. I was able to schedule an appointment just a few days out. When I arrived, I was greeted by a couple of warm, smiling faces. It honestly took me longer to fill out the new patient paperwork than it did to get called to the back. Both the front and back offices were spotless, which I appreciated. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a dentist, so I was pleasantly surprised by how high‑tech everything was. Their X‑ray process is super quick and comfortable - you don’t even have to get out of your chair. You bite down on a small device, they snap a picture, and it pops right up on the screen in front of you. Afterward, the doctor reviewed my X‑rays and came in to talk with me. I explained the issue I was having, and he checked all my teeth before focusing on the sensitive one. He told me everything looked good overall, but that the tender tooth would need a root canal. He even pulled up the image on the screen and walked me through what was going on. Since it’s my very back tooth, he referred me to an endodontist for the procedure, but I’ll be returning to him afterward for the crown. I called the referred office before even leaving the parking lot, and they were able to schedule my root canal for next week. I love how fast and efficient everyone has been throughout this whole process. For a first‑time visit, this was definitely a win. I’ll update after my next appointment when I get the crown.

Great service and they do a really good job with any dental services. I've had a dental implant intalled here and the level of service and care I've gotten has been the best. I would definitely recommend this dentist for all of your dental service needs.

I don't recommend this dentist. He overbooks and takes his high client first. I felt discriminated today and I will never go back to this place! For my gente Latina, get another doctor.

Very nice need to make sure insurance is correct, or there could be a delay but no fault of Dentist, quick response and not a long delay to see Doc, front desk very respectful awsome ppl in front office! Thank you!!!! 👍
