We had an excellent experience with my son’s wisdom teeth removal. From the initial consultation to the surgery and recovery instructions, the entire team was professional, kind, and reassuring. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure my son felt comfortable every step of the way.

I had one of the best experiences. From the front Desk to the Assistant’s to Kelly who was top notch. I can’t remember all the names but I thank you for the professionalism you shown and the laughter. Finally to Dr. Brinkman I hardly felt a thing to remove my tooth. She is an absolute top notch. Her demeanor was awesome. She made me laugh as well. I can’t say enough about my experience. A+.

I am giving this 5 stars because Dr. Brinkman is awesome! Great personality and makes you feel very comfortable. This is true with her assistants EXCEPT her front desk employee in New London. The employee was extremely rude and lacked any sort of pleasant customer service. She should not be working at a front desk!

It was as pleasant of an experience as you could expect given the situation. Kieth was incredibly informative before every step in the process. Explained everything clearly in detail. His calm demeanor and professionalism helped immensely. Highly recommended! I hope I don’t need to go back for anything like this again. If I did, I would not hesitate to set up an appointment with Dr. Kieth. The office staff was very courteous and helpful throughout the process. Well done team!! Thanks, Mike
