I have never visited a dentist office that had the chair side manners as Dr McKee and Missy gave to me as we went over the situation with my teeth. They both were very gentle with my gums. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable. I will say if you ever have to see a periodontal dentist this is definitely the place to go.

Everyone in this office is incredibly nice and compassionate. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and helpful…. I was able to get an appointment super fast! The hygienists and assistants are skilled, knowledgeable and gentle. Special thanks to Missy and Emily for a terrific experience for my procedure today. :) I would (and will) recommend them to anyone looking for the best dental care in Oconee county.

Wow. Talk about amazing! It felt more like an afternoon at a spa instead of a dentist. The ladies here are genuine, honest, professional, encouraging, compassionate, and very kind. Oh yeah, they also just happen to be above excellent at their craft - all of them - front desk too. I left grateful and satisfied with the experience.

I very seldom write reviews. But I felt it’s so important to write this review and share my experience. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care I received from Missy and Dr. McKee. As someone who has always experienced anxiety, trauma and fear around dental procedures, I was apprehensive about my periodontal treatment. However, from my very first appointment, they completely transformed that experience. I no longer fear going to my appointments at Dr. McKee’s office. Missy has an extraordinary gift for creating a calming, reassuring environment. Her gentle approach and constant attentiveness helped dissolve my fears and made me feel truly safe and cared for throughout every procedure. She never rushed, always checked in on how I was feeling, and made certain I was comfortable at every step. Dr. McKee’s combination of expertise and compassionate care is remarkable. They took the time to thoroughly explain each aspect of my treatment, addressing all my concerns with patience and understanding. Their calm demeanor and genuine empathy helped me feel confident rather than fearful. Together, Missy and Dr. McKee didn’t just improve my gums and teeth—they gave me something I never thought possible: freedom from dental anxiety. My oral health has never been better, and I actually look forward to my appointments now. Their kindness, skill, and dedication have been truly life-changing. Upstate Periodontics is great! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the paperwork, the procedures and payment options. The Doctor was super friendly and spent time explaining things to me and answering questions. They made sure I understood that I could call back with any questions I may have. I highly recommend this practice!
