Too many cancellations of appointments for me one thing you can be certain of is that they will cancel your appointments and probably not tell you until you arrive. iIf you show up for an appointment and they have not told you they canceled the appointment they might tell you they canceled the appointment once you’re there. But you will have to wait for that information. And at that point they will blame you for showing up for a scheduled appointment that they made and informed you about and canceled without informing you . Can’t say much about the actual care because I never got that far. The person who does the scheduling is unprofessional and cares little about your time and costs of arriving to an appointment . This department is a poor reflection on the UR . So far I have had 4 appointments made and cancelled the only appointment kept was the first appointment where no actual care was received. I was seen and treated, The billing department is no better. I have insurance they tell me I don’t have insurance. They refused to listen, absolutely unprofessional. I would not recommend this department, even though the care was excellent. The professional staff is outstanding, and committed to the care of the patients. Thank you for the excellent care. unfortunately, the office staff disallows me from recommending the services

Periodontist office staff rude as if they don't want to do the job, seem very rushed, and a lot if gossip talk between staff about their horrible work environment. They have the dentist cover over the financial plan with patients rather than the financial office so price at end of treatment can be drastically different/higher than what was originally quoted, then when requested to see itemized bill (yes I had to request it otherwise they just call a day before and give you a price) the bills are very confusing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Negative five. I'm a person with a disability and have a specific care plan in the event of tooth extraction or severe pain. They have showed on multiple times they don't care about people with pre existing conditions and I have even been called by a 'Dr.' A drug seeker because I told him pain is one of the top triggers of my epilepsy
