I always enjoy coming to this dental office in the wooden building surrounded by green trees, the peaceful environment. The staff are kind and friendly. I receive the best care from the dentist and the oral hygienist. I enjoy conversation with them.

First off, the staff is great. However in 2024, my insurance was billed and paid for a lower partial. When it came in from the lab, it was too large for my mouth and didn’t fit. It was sent back again and again, but after three separate times to make it fit, it never did. I was never even given the partial, even though the insurance had paid big bucks for it. The dentist at the time was Dr. Jackman. He retired and I have seen the new Dentist, Dr Chopra who recommends that I still need a lower partial. Mia explained I couldn’t get one because the insurance had already paid for the failed one in 2024. So now I am still empty handed and have nothing to show for what the insurance paid for and still need the partial.

I have been going to this office for 5 years now and always have a good experience. Dr. Chopra hasn't been there that long but some of the staff has. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. I always appreciate how comfortable they make me feel and never shame me for not flossing better. LOL I have recommended this Dentist office to friends and family.

I always get nervous at the dentist, but this place has completely changed that for me. The whole team is amazing. They are professional, kind, and gentle. I truly trust them and feel happy and relaxed coming here. I’m very satisfied with the care I receive.

I had my teeth cleaned by Jennifer. I told her about my previous dentist and how I was uneasy with him. When she was cleaning my teeth she asked me how I was doing throughout the process, making sure I was okay. She gave some helpful tips also. All around, my visit was very pleasant. Jennifer and the staff are very friendly. Definitely would recommend Vacaville Dental Group
