Went in for a lot of work and couldn’t not have been in better hands. From the front desk all the way to the procedures and check out. Greeted with friendly smiles. Making an appt was very easy. Called a few times with questions and had no issue. Was super nervous about being put to sleep but the team made me feel so at ease. Woke up afterwards with clear instructions and aftercare package. Maybe if I would have went to a place like this years ago I wouldn’t have feared dentist so much. Definitely will recommend to anyone that needs a caring, confident place for dental care.

The lady at the front desk always has an nasty attitude not only with me but with all the patients. It’s no one’s fault that she hates her job .i asked her for a excuse for my niece and she just sighed and proceeded to be rude rolling her eyes .i wonder it’s there somebody that i can talk to about her because it’s unacceptable some people come in this office sometimes with a lot of pain and still have to deal with her !

This was my first time. I drove my brother an hour down here for his wisdom teeth removal and one of the girls was super rude the entire visit and Least to say I will never step foot back in this place. The customer service by the front desk ladies was terrible. I have been a secretary for awhile and I could never bare to talk to a patient how she did.

Awful service they never answer the phones they take forever responding to you. Once my operation was done and I was paid up a few months later I revive a letter asking for $700 more with no explanation. When I don’t instill pay the send me a letter saying they will report it to the Credit Bureau which is not even legal for medical debt any longer. So shady business ethics and no care to explain the “extra” charges.

Didn't like it at all yesterday the doctor that pulled my teeth was very rude just because I asked can I use the bathroom real quick but the rest of the doctors was sweet
