I recently had a wonderful experience at Crossroads Dental. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Kelly and Lauren at the front desk. They were friendly, efficient, and made me feel right at home. Dr. Hayrapetian, a skilled and compassionate dentist, took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail and answered all of my questions patiently. During the procedure, he was gentle and considerate, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The entire staff at Crossroads Dental was professional, caring, and made me feel like a valued patient. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone seeking quality dental care in a welcoming environment.

My husband and I both highly recommend this dental office! The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful with reminders, scheduling, working with our insurance and extra options such as opening their whitening kit to show me how it works. The hygienists always make me feel completely at ease. The doctors here are truly exceptional. They are thorough in their explanations and examinations, ensuring I understood every step. When trying to find a hidden cause to my tooth problem, both doctors explained their observations thoroughly and didn’t push any treatment. They advised me to consider a few options and choose what I felt necessary from the information given. Beyond their clinical expertise, the entire team is remarkably efficient. My appointments always start on time, and they work seamlessly to ensure a smooth visit without ever making me feel rushed. It's clear they value both their patients' comfort and their time. I’ve been going to this dental office for over three years now, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. One thing I really appreciate is how organized they are — their text message reminders have been a lifesaver with my busy schedule, especially the ones they send when you’re overdue for an annual checkup. It’s a small detail, but it really shows how much they care about keeping patients on track. The office itself is easy to find with plenty of accessible parking, and it’s always clean and well-maintained. I also love the thoughtful touch of the little freebies they offer — travel-size floss, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. They come in handy more often than you’d think, especially when traveling. At my most recent visit, I had an especially positive experience with the dentist. When I asked about numbing cream (something I’ve needed in the past), she confidently explained her gentle and strategic approach and reassured me that it likely wouldn’t be necessary. She was absolutely right — for the first time, I didn’t need any numbing at all. I really appreciated how much care and attention she put into the treatment, and even took time to consider my overall wellness, like gut health, which not every provider takes into account. Overall, I’m very happy with the level of care and service I’ve consistently received here. Thank you to the entire team for your continued dedication!
