I don’t usually leave reviews but after going I felt I had to share how great everyone was. My first time here and I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The office was very responsive with all my booking questions and calling my insurance to verify costs before the appointment and even followed up with me to confirm (very hard to get nowadays). Dr. Pearson was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining everything and gave his recommendations but asked what I felt comfortable doing. I asked for a breakdown of codes and cost and they happily provided them even going so far as submitting a predetermination to my insurance. So glad I took a chance coming here!

I absolutely love this Dr and his staff! If you have had any dental anxiety or past trauma involving dental issues, this is the place and Dr for you! Dr. Benarroch is so kind, patient, and understanding. He immediately puts you at ease with his calm and caring demeanor. Karmen is amazing too! She also takes the time to sit and really listen to you, and I mean really listen! She is so compassionate. I have never had such a wonderful dental experience as I have had with Dr. Benarroch and his staff!!! They go the extra mile for their patients, which is truly outstanding!

Dr. Pearson and Jess were absolutely amazing, as always. This was my second gum treatment, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Dr. Pearson is truly phenomenal—his work is gentle, precise, and top-tier. He made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire procedure. Once I got home, I was able to rest, and when I woke up, I felt great. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of care he provides.
Jess was just as wonderful—supportive, attentive, and kind. The entire team is phenomenal and genuinely cares about their patients.
I can’t express enough how grateful I am. I would rate 100 out of 100 without hesitation. I highly recommend Valencia Periodontics—they take care of you with their whole heart.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ian Pearson and the entire team at Valencia Periodontics. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease — which says a lot because I’ve always had a fear of dental work. Everyone in the office is genuinely caring, compassionate, and patient. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or intimidated.
Dr. Pearson took the time to explain everything clearly, and the staff made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The aftercare following my surgery was exceptional — they checked in, answered my questions, and truly made me feel cared for.
If you’ve been putting off dental or periodontal treatment because of fear or anxiety, please don’t hesitate to go to Valencia Periodontics. They will put your mind at ease, treat you with kindness, and help you get your smile back. I am beyond grateful for their professionalism and compassion — they’ve completely changed how I feel about dental care!

My father had his implants and dentures done here at Valencia Periodontics. His process was done by a team of professionals including Dr. Ian. and Dr. Stavrou. Dr. Stavrou really won our hearts, not only did she provide high quality specialty care but she demonstrated empathy, kindness, and respect. She treated my father with such care and dignity that really touched our hearts! She not only treats patients as patients but as whole people demonstrating not only her professionalism but her dedication and commitment to excellence and her beautiful heart! Her assistants were also always very welcoming. Jessica with her bubbly personality always made my father smile.
