Highly recommend this dentist office to anyone. Very professional, great environment and very friendly people. . The lady at the front desk (Tammy) helped me with my Insurance to get that taken care of and then I was called in the back for my appt overall and I met a girl named Jessica who was really friendly, easy going and fun to talk too. I laughed so much during my appt which was pretty cool and then the actual dentist doctor (Ms. Riyah) did an amazing and detailed examination of my teeth, gave me recommendations on taking care of them and so much more. Really a great and pleasant experience with these ladies! 馃槉馃槉

I look forward to the office getting more prepared for their patients. I understand that they recently reopened this facility and have a few challenges to overcome.
The dentist was pleasant.
Best of luck to them.

Called 6 separate times on a Friday morning for an emergency visit about a bad tooth and it kept going straight to voicemail. Once i was finally able to get a hold someone they were very rude and told me they couldn't take me because they were closed they couldn鈥檛 help me. Overall y鈥檃ll need to do better or find another job

Rivendell Court, Winchester location:
The hygienists were slow and inexperienced. One hygienist was being trained, which is fine. The lead hygienist took so long to lay out equipment, double-checking or second-guessing. The dentist did the cleaning. Never had such an uncomfortable cleaning. The x-rays had to be done multiple times. The hygienist did not know how to do the polishing. In all my years of having my teeth cared for, the polishing has always been done to the gum line, behind, and in between teeth. Not here. The polish/ buffing was only applied to the center surface. Flossing was poor. The receptionist was excellent. In fact, the entire staff was friendly. Except for the receptionist, everyone else seemed to have little experience.
I will not trust these folks with my mouth again.

Staff and dentist were very pleasant and professional. The basic procedures for X-rays and a routine cleaning went well and I was very happy as a first time patient. I will be scheduling follow up work as recommended. Thanks VDC
