I had my first visit with the dental group today and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The front desk made check-in, easy, and the hygienist and dentist took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I felt comfortable and well cared for the entire visit. So glad I found this Office— highly recommend!

This is a great practice. I'm very particular about my teeth; I have had my routine exams done there as well as pressing issues a few times. Dr Coyner and the entire staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and very pleasant. When my dentist of nearly 50 years retired I tried his successor and was seriously disappointed at the incompetency. Finding Valley Dental was, truly, a wonderful thing!

They are friendly, easy going, knowledgeable, office is clean. I enjoyed going there for treatment and continue to use them for the post care of my teeth. I recommend them often. I live over an hour away and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was my first visit here as a new patient, the staff was very nice and welcoming when I walked in. I had a brief wait in the waiting area that was quite nice and comfortable. I was called back by a dental technician named Mikey. He was nice and welcoming. Upon starting he was very thorough of what he was going to do and he did an excellent job! I have nothing but good things to say about this dental practice. I look forward to my next visit!

I have been coming to this location for a little over a year and half and had signed up for their in house plan. At my most recent appointment the receptionist comes out to the waiting room and announces to the entire waiting room that my in house plan was deactivated and she didn’t know if it was because there was not enough money for it to come out. Absolutely not an appropriate comment to make in front of strangers. I fill out my forms and continue to wait. She comes back out to state to the entire waiting room again that this in house plan in fact did not renew because that plan no longer exists, so I have had no coverage since last September. She stated there is a different plan available or I could pay out of pocket. Why this would not be communicated before I drove all the way to the office is beyond me. Seems to be no privacy whatsoever at this location. Your in house plan may be a third-party servicer, but why am I just now being informed that this plan no longer exists? When I asked the receptionist that question, her answer was that she did not know I had that plan, the plan she just accused me of not renewing because I had no funds to pay for. This location needs to work on communication altogether. Try not shouting accusations for the entire waiting room to hear and instead pull them up to the desk. Try informing someone who is coming for an appointment ahead of time that their in house plan was cancelled months prior. They certainly didn't have a problem sending me 9 text reminders within a 6 day period about my appointment, but couldn't communicate anything else. People take off work and use PTO to come to these appointments.
