Very unprofessional. Was brought in for a first visit and once finally in they started with the x-rays. The girl doing them was just so plan. Like she just didn't want to be there. Once I was done with that I was taken to the exam chair only to be there long enough to have 2 finger shoved in my mouth and told a tooth had to be pulled and I have an infection, script is sent, go schedule your fillings. Seriously? Where is the conversation and explanation? No I got nothing. Oh and the aid said my pain is radiating which it is not. Im not sure how she can say how I feel. I know my body and where it hurts. I also know what radiating pain feels like. Long end short I literally left there and started searching for another place. Upon going over other reviews I find it rather frustrating to know that the reviews are definitely being read by the "owner". If anyone else cares to skim over them pay close attention to the 1star vs the 5star. You will find that more recently the 1star reviews are popping up, meaning this isn't an old problem, its very current. Also, the 5star reviews are the only ones that get a response. As a business owner myself I honestly tend not to respond to the 5star as it means I did right by the customer. I tend to go for the 1star to 4star and ask what can be done better to fix what may be wrong. I know there are some people that absolutely can not be satisfied. Im not one of those, quite the opposite, so please if you have read this far please dont waste your time going to this place.

I came here for my first dentist visit in a few years, yeah I know bad me, my teeth are healthy, relatively clean and in great shape. I take care of my teeth. I went in for a cleaning, since I was a new patient they needed X-rays etc, whatever. Referred me immediately to an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth, and they set me up for a cleaning later on. Had my wisdoms removed a week before my cleaning appt so obviously I couldn’t get them cleaned, called and cancelled, but told them I’d call back to reschedule. Now all of a sudden when I’m able to, they don’t know how to answer the phone. I called twice in two weeks in between working over 50 hour work weeks. Left voicemails both times. Today I called, got put on hold, I was like okay that’s fine even though whoever answered had a rude tone telling me to hold. 2 minutes go by, I get taken off hold and just hung up on. And now all of a sudden everyone’s busy and the phones send me directly to leaving a voicemail. Again. What a great office!

First of all, the receptionists are extremely unprofessional. I have been here a handful of times and the most recent time I was appalled. They were cursing loudly for the whole waiting room to hear, and I was the only customer waiting at the front desk to check in and they were just talking amongst themselves not even bothering to pay attention to the service. I went for a routine checkup and was told by the dentist I had all of these issues but they would not explain what they were. They began by filling a couple cavities and told me to come back to get more filled. I commuted from my job 4 hours away for my follow up appointment and told them I had been having horrible tooth pain in my wisdom tooth just for them to tell me that they already knew I needed a root canal for that tooth the last appointment when they took xrays. They had never informed me of this and told me I needed to wait at least 2 weeks for insurance approval to get that started. I told them that I was leaving in 2 days to a different country for 4 months. I spent those 4 months in severe pain and had to get it taken care of 4 separate times at a dental office in another country. Had they told me the first appointment I would not have had to go through that time and money. So unprofessional and just hungry for money. Will absolutely never go here again and am definitely looking into taking legal action.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Started with the rude receptionist, to busy with personal conversations at the desk, then throwing clip boards at us. In the waiting room for an hour, same rude receptionist claims couldn't find our insurance. Had xrays, all the staff were on their phones while there was a waiting room full of patients. The doctor basically read x-rays, did not even do cleanings for either of us. Then she said, " I will give you a referral, wait for the girls". No wonder insurance companies don't want to pay. They are billed for lazy people to do nothing. I will not return to this place. Rude place to deal with.

They do not give you any explanation and examine your teeth, they just open up your mouth and say, you need your teeth pulled, and they're gonna send you some place else to get it done, and then they want you to wait 3 months just to get new teeth. And what I thought was very unprofessional was that they turned around and told me the different places around that you can pay cash to get that done. I would never go back to them very unprofessional.
