Dr Colorado & her assistants Stephanie & Tiffany … all so wonderful (& have beautiful energy ) I had a 3-D dental scan which showed two of my root canals from old crowns were infected. So there was a chance that these root canals could not be cleaned out and I would have to have my tooth extracted and get a dental implant. But Dr. Colorado did a great job. There was no pain. I was totally relaxed and after the anesthetic wore off absolutely no pain. A fantastic office you could not find a better place to have complex root canal work done so…. Why are the most competent people the nicest? Stephanie and Tiffany, a total delight to interact with and by the way this was done on a Friday before the weekend and they were acting like it was the beginning of the week just so full of lovely energy and positivity I highly recommend Dr. Colorado… Brilliant, lovely,, down to earth, and so very skilled Thank you all! 😊🙏💕

Very disappointing experience with the front office staff. I have called this location multiple times trying to schedule an appointment, and on several occasions, the staff answered the phone only to hang up on me. I understand that busy offices can have long wait times, but repeatedly answering and disconnecting calls is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I also spoke with the office manager, Corea, who told me that she could not schedule an appointment and that hanging up on people was considered normal. I also spoke with Chloe, who placed me on hold, as well as another staff member whose name started with an “A.” also when I asked how to spell the office manager name she hung up on me... If this is the experience just trying to make an appointment, it honestly makes me concerned about what the experience would be like once you actually become a patient. Based on my experience with the front office staff, I would advise others to consider a different location. Customer service should start with being able to communicate respectfully and professionally with people trying to make an appointment.... Got right in at the ina location...I would definitely look into your office manager for turning people away...

The check-in process was straightforward if you had preregistered online. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, professional, and informative. Dr. Erickson possesses extensive knowledge and provided a comprehensive explanation of the procedure for my wisdom tooth extraction and the subsequent healing process. He executed the extraction with swiftness and thoroughness. The dental technician, who also displayed exceptional kindness and courtesy, was present during the procedure. The overall atmosphere at the office was serene and conducive to relaxation. The only downside was that they informed me to check in at 12:45 p.m. for a 1:15 p.m. appointment, but I was not called back until 2:30 p.m. The procedure commenced at approximately 3:10 p.m., and I was discharged at 3:30 p.m.

Very clean and comfortable office, very professional yet stil friendly staff. Dr Erickson is a no nonsense Dr. We had a brief conversation. He explained what was going to take place and what my options were. Shortly after that my extraction was done and I was on my way. Most people dread dental work, but I highly recommend Valley Endodontics for your dental surgery.

I have now had two back-to-back, fantastic experiences with Dr Colorado and all her dental techs and staff. I've had to have two different root canals on two different teeth. I have a history of having a hard time finding the right medication or protocols to get numb enough to not feel dental work. Needless to say it is a rather horrible experience getting a root canal when you can't get numb, lol. My challenges with feeling my dental procedures has been going on for decades, and many dental professionals haven't always believed me or dismissed me or thought I was exaggerating. Dr. Colorado really is fantastic! She came up with some great ideas and work arounds my second root canal and I hardly felt it!!! Amazing! You know my first root canal when she was still figuring out my particular physiology and what would work best she still 100% believed me. She was very thoughtful and kind and kept giving me options. She let me decide whether I wanted to keep going, instead of calling it off herself. She let me decide if I wanted to get sedation or just power through. She was great! I've never had such a good, kind, respectful dental experience. Not only does she have the skills to get the job done but she has the bedside manner to make you feel taken care of. She really respects her patients. She believes you, she listens, she pays attention to details & she's top of her game at what she does. So are all the techs & staff! Everyone I've interacted with was amazing, respectful and knowledgeable. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - 10 Stars.
