Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I specifically took my 7 year old daughter here so she wouldn’t remember an adult tooth extraction and it was a great experience. Nurse did an amazing job getting IV in right away. There was a mix up with insurance prior to appointment date, which happens a lot with my medical and dental insurances and they were quick to correct and look into it for me. Highly recommend.

Not only that I was able to get an appointment in the timely manner, but the staff was great. Everything from financial to treatments was explained to to me clearly. They kept checking in with me almost every other day until my appointment day. Even though I know their location, because late last year my daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth extracted there, they still sent me goggle map to make sure I get there safely and sound. The day of my appointment, the front desk personnel offered me water and coffee. Grace the nurse took me back and explained the procedure to me, she assured me that many first timers get anxious but I shouldn't worried because I am in a good hands( that release some stress from me). Dr. Schneider was very kind and gentle throughout the procedure, he made sure that I was comfortable and asked me frequently if I was doing okay.... Thanks to Valley Oral and Facial Surgery, I am now pain free and can't wait for my next appointment.... Would I refer Valley Oral and Facial Surgery to family and friends??? Hahaha! You betcha! I went in to get tooth pulled. Everyone was super nice and perfessional. Very clean cut procedure in and out fast They explained everything throughout the whole process. Went home feeling good and confident with aftercare.

As a person who has some severe dental anxiety and put off getting my four wisdom teeth removed so years, I cannot recommend Valley Oral & Facial Surgery enough! The team was amazing, the process was so easy, and the surgery was simple, and the recovery was smooth! The team followed up with me the days after to ensure I was recovering well which was an appreciated extra touch. I highly recommend Valley Oral & Facial Surgery!
