Had my wisdom teeth pulled out here today and I had a good experience with the whole staff, they make you feel comfortable and are friendly. Payton especially was super nice, welcoming and reassuring! Everything went smooth, Great dental office.

The staff seemed nice at first, I booked an appointment at 1 PM to talk to me about wisdom teeth removal and they asked me to sign some paperwork, which I did and handed over. So, I sat down and waited for about 20 minutes after 1 PM, but I just thought maybe they were running a little behind. A lady brought me to do a scan and sat me in a room to watch a video about wisdom teeth removal surgery. Then, she left, and after the video was done, she came back and said the doctor would be here soon. However, she may have been under the influence because the doctor was not in fact here soon. It actually took him 45 minutes to… oh wait… not even 45 minutes after did I see him enter my room. So I left, told the staff to have a nice day, and then they called me asking if I wanted to come in and they could evaluate me at that moment. I said maybe in the next life, then hung up. TLDR; they make you wait 45 minutes to an hour, and when you are done with waiting, they try calling you to wait another 45 minutes to an hour.

I had my wisdom tooth removed recently at the office, and the entire experience was surprisingly pleasant—honestly one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had! Dr. Phan was incredibly professional, skilled, and reassuring throughout the whole procedure. A big shoutout also goes to the amazing Liz and Crystal. They were warm, fun, super communicative, and kept everything moving so smoothly that I barely noticed any waiting time at all. From the moment I scheduled the appointment to walking out the door, everything felt seamless and well-organized. If you’re looking for a dental team that combines expertise with genuine kindness and a positive vibe, I can’t recommend this office enough. Thank you, Dr. Phan, Liz, Crystal, and the whole crew—you made what could have been a stressful day actually enjoyable! 😊

Just had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and I don’t feel pain at all! Dr. Phan was extremely helpful and explained the whole process in depth which made me feel comfortable. His staff is friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this place to everyone

My mother was brought in for a tooth extraction, and after a 45 minute surgery she was brought out the back door in tears and shaking from pain. The dentist she was given was incredibly condescending and rude, to the point when she was screaming in pain she was talked to like a child. When she said she required more anesthesia, the dentist ignored her request and continued anyways- resulting in massive amounts of pain. And even after sending her home, the instructions for after care were so simple and vague that we had to look up instructions from other sources that helped more than they did. Not likely that we'll be wanting to return here again, and if we do, there won't be a second time this happens. This isn't just a job to get money, this is some people's livelihoods and entire confidence you're shattering.
