I had an unexpected dental issue when a front cap came out on a Friday, unfortunately, a day the office is typically closed. I called and spoke with the receptionist, who wasn’t able to get me in until Tuesday. While I was a bit disappointed given how visible the issue was, I understood and managed with some temporary OTC solutions. When I came in on Tuesday, Dr. Tamra resolved the problem quickly and made sure everything was taken care of without any complications. I mentioned my Friday call and reassured her it was okay, I was just glad to have it fixed. However, she took it very seriously and told me she would be informing her staff that any emergency involving the front of the mouth should be brought to her attention so she could come in if needed. I appreciated her concern, even though I didn’t want anyone to get in trouble. What really stood out was what happened next, when I went to check out, the front desk let me know that my visit would be completely free, per the doctor’s note. I was genuinely surprised. That level of care and accountability is something you don’t often see, especially in healthcare. This experience showed me that Dr. Tamara truly cares about her patients, not just in treatment, but in how situations are handled. That kind of customer service and compassion made a lasting impression on me!

It is with great pleasure that I share with you the level of professionalism and care that Dr. Tamra Brown has given both myself and my wife. She is an exemplary dentist! Dr. Tamra is very professional and knowledgeable doctor who genuinely cares about her patients! She quickly and accurately diagnosed me and came up with an appropriate treatment plan to help me. I personally commend her for her thoughtfulness, compassion, empathy and attention to detail! Dr. Tamra Brown is an excellent listener and provides very personalized care. She has earned both my wife’s and my trust. Her staff is also outstanding and work as an effective team in helping others. I highly recommend Dr. Tamara Brown and her staff for your dental needs! As always, Dr Tamra Brown and her team were professional, and couteous. In the consult, Dr Brown clearly explained what the issues with my teeth were, probed on how the issues could’ve occurred and provided options available to me. I am a normally an anxious dental patient. Dr Tamra Brown has a skilled, gentle yet confident approach which puts the patient at ease.

Dr's Tamra and Jeffrey Brown are the best dental practice in Vero Beach. Totally professional, gentle procedures, very informative, state of the art equipment, Claire is the best dental hygienist I have had in a while. I would totally recommend their services.

Tamra is just the best! She has a way of reassuring me, the patient, and relieving all the apprehensions I inherently feel when going to the dentist. She is beautiful, she is kind, she is so gifted in her specialty, and she just has a very calmly effect on all of those around her. The best dentist ever!
