Dr. Brown and his staff provided extremely professional and friendly service, making me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. Their attention to detail, care, and genuine kindness truly stood out. I had to seek care for a dental emergency, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I came in with a failed root canal and a lot of anxiety about dental visits, but from the moment I walked in, the team was compassionate, patient, and incredibly understanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

Dr. Brown is great. He explains everything he is going to do He made my tooth extraction painless. Told me he was going to wiggle my crown off and in less than a minute showed me my tooth. Would highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Brown to address an urgent problem with a prosthetic crown while out of town. After an initial exam there was considerable discussion and waiting before the crown was removed and a cap installed. There was some confusion among the staff regarding the classification for the procedure, Allie finally came up with the seemingly arbitrary figure of $500 for 5 minutes of actual work. Overall I'm glad I managed to get this taken care of, but I think I paid twice what I should have.
