Horrible, my first appointment was in September of last year. I had three appointments here and I won't be coming back. The first time I came was for a deep cleaning, which went well, place is a little worn down, I guess it's fine, but they only have two dentist at a time, are extremely crowded back there and definitely need new tools. Their tools are rusty and need to be replaced. The second time, I got my wisdom teeth pulled, they do not have general anesthesia, just local, as they do not have someone in the building to administer it and are not qualified to do so. They take TWO HOURS to pull at one tooth, it was agonizing, they kept administering shots into my mouth only in the last thirty minutes or so. My jaw is extremely sore even though it's numbed; they eventually pull the tooth. My bottom lip stayed numb for FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS after this visit. Also one of the dentist that helped pull the tooth (older man, short, not sure what race he was) wasn't wearing a mask which was gross, I could smell his breath and the lunch he ate. The patient behind me was yelling in pain during their procedure, and the dentist was being extremely rude to him, not listening to him at all. Third time, not the checkup from the wisdom tooth visit, but another. There were tools splayed out not in plastic or protective sterile containers, I saw three bugs on my wall while getting my teeth "cleaned", and I cleaned my teeth better at home than these lazy dentist. They saw my gums with some floss and dabbed a little bit of the tooth wax on my front four and bottom two teeth barely rubbing and rinsing it. I still had the gritty stuff on my teeth after waiting for an whole hour to get them cleaned, and then they had the audacity to make another appointment FOR ME in 3 months as if I'd be coming back to waste my time. TLDR; they're trash, do not recommend. There's plenty of dentist in the High Desert go somewhere else.

I am very pleased this office has gotten Dentist Fletcher to join the team. Fletcher requires a level of professionalism from the medical assistants. He’s been in dentistry for decades so his thoroughness definitely shows. He’s serious about the charting and his passion as a dentist has broadened I am sure over the years of practice. He has the good old fashion professional humor! Great asset to the office.

Dr. Zakhary and Staff are fabulous! My husband and I have been going here since 2017 for dental care and we’re always treated incredibly well. All of the dentists, assistants and staff are super knowledgeable and very friendly. They see patients on a walk-in basis twice daily which is really helpful in preventing emergency visits. The waiting time is minimal, their prices are fair and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you, VVDG for being the best!

They are very unnecessary aggressive and quick to suggest fillings and other things even when it is not needed. I believe that they care about receiving money from the insurance company more than the care of their patients I just left their office and left at the beginning of the cleaning procedure because Dr. Zakhary (who was cleaning my teeth) hurt me very badly- I never experienced this type of pain during a dental cleaning.
