I was very pleased with the excellent service provided today. With the receptionist to the nursed and to dr Busch. Wow!!!!! His bed side manner was very comforting. He put me at ease immediately. Explained everything thoroughly. Definitely would returned if needed. Thank you staff!!

Dr Fries was amazing. I went in for a consultation regarding pulling a dead tooth that my dentist has been begging me to get pulled for several years. Dr Fries took the time to listen to my story about how I鈥檝e never have had an issue with that tooth and agreed to not pull it until it gave me trouble. He is very honest, patient and not into getting your money. I would recommend him highly!馃榾 Have been told he鈥檚 a fabulous surgeon. If I ever need oral surgery, Dr Fries will be the one to perform it!

Dr Busch is great and his assistants were the best. so kind my brother has disibilities Dr Busch and the nurses treated him well. our first appointment was 4/28 the receptionists weren鈥檛 to friendly the first day they did not acknowledge us when we first walked up and as we鈥檙e getting his next appointment one was pretending to be on the phone because she thought she would need to help my brother check out but i was checking him out. Neither receptionist told me about sunbit i came home and found it on the er site.The day of the pr exude 04/29 the receptionist showed better customer service skills she was kind. My overall experience was great because of the Doctor and nurses Dr called to check up on his patient he gets a big thumbs up from me customer service is a big thing to me i鈥檓 a caregiver and we have to have compassion for others. Thank you Dr. Busch and nurses.

Had not been there in a long time but they put me right at ease as they did some time back!! Everyone was nice and helpful and friendly!! Dr. Fries is such a nice Dr. and explains everything very well!

Staff was absolutely wonderful. One nurse offered to hold my hand while getting my IV because I鈥檓 terrified of needles while the nurse doing the IV was incredibly gentle! Dr. Busch also called after my surgery to check in with me (I missed it because I was asleep) but that goes to show how much they care about their patients! They also gave me a blanket and talked to me to make me less nervous and more comfortable! I would recommend them every time!
