Last week I went to western dental in woodland to get some fillings done and they didn't numb me properly so they didn't finish drilling my cavity, told me I might need a root canal, and couldn't get me back in the office for several weeks to finish it. Victoria Place got me in as soon as they could and the receptionist/assistant showed actual concern for my situation. Their bedside manner was amazing. The doctor knew what he was doing and numbed me properly first try and made sure I was numb before drilling. He was very reassuring. The appointment was super quick. A complete 180 from previous dentists. They're not in network for my insurance but I'll definitely be going back to them in the future!

Front desk and dental staff were very nice and helpful but beware, I called ahead of time to make sure they accepted my dental insurance and they do but they failed to mention you have to pay all costs up front yourself and then be reimbursed by your insurance (only for what they cover). My complaint is that I wasn’t told any of this until AFTER my initial exam appt and a ct scan as well as a “livemodel” scan. An appt that I thought I would only have to pay an initial fee and copay for, ended up costing $475 and it was pointless because I can’t afford to pay up front to get the rest of the dental procedures done. :(

Really happy with my visit.
Was able to set up a last minute emergency visit to get a broken tooth pulled.
New patient and they where able to get in first thing the next morning. Super friendly staff, and caring dr that didn't give me a hard time.
Paid outta pocket and thought the prices where very reasonable.
Would glady recommend them to friends and family.
Much appreciated

One of my crowns came off and my dentist wasn't working today. Called Victoria Place Dental Center and they got back to me quick for an appointment. Had never been there before. Was in and out with my crown resealed. Definitely recommend. Also taking new patients. Big E

I had a front tooth veneer break off & didn't know where to go. Then I found Dr Awaad . He replaced it it with what looks like an elegant veneer, but it is a crown which wraps around the back of my tooth nub holding it firmly in place. It fit PERFECTLY, matches, feels very secure and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Dr Awaad and staff!
