The new patient X-rays and exams were very thorough. Everyone was nice. They seem to specialize in sleep apnea mouth pieces. They assumed I was there for sleep apnea so they took lots of measurements and photos. As I told them when I made the appointment, I was only interested in cosmetic crowns for my front teeth. Once we were on the same page everything went well. This office is all women. I enjoyed that we spoke the same language and they all had small hands compared to male dentists.

This dentist, Dr. Snow, fired me as a patient. I was a patient for years (with her and the previous dentist) and was in twice a year like clockwork. I am 63 years old with one cavity that was filled when I was 18. I refuse to have x-rays on a regular basis, but do allow them every 5 years unless there is a good reason to have one more often. This was my personal policy and I even signed a waiver... this was unacceptable to Dr. Snow and she fired me. I am not interested in having a Dr dictate my health care. I want a Dr that is open to partner with me in these decisions and respects my choices. I bought a sleep appliance through her also and went in today with an issue, she was extremely rude and walked out on me. I have always had great relations with all of my Dr's and am stunned by her behavior. I have since found a very nice dentist, but will need to find someone else to help with my sleep apnea. I have no complaints about her wonderful staff. They have all, without exception, been friendly, kind, and go out if their way to provide great customer service. All the best to her other patients.

I’ve been a patient at Viewpoint Dentistry for ten years or so and I am always impressed with the efficiency of the office staff and the professionalism of the service providers. Dr. Susie is very personable and always familiar with my individual history. I have made recommendations to friends in the past and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Viewpoint to family or close friends in the future.

Jade is fantastic when she works on my teeth. Viewpoint is the most friendly and kindest dental office I have ever gone to. The new Doctor that just started there Alexandria was so nice. Thank You to you all. Lucy Barker

Love Dr.Susie Snow and the whole staff. Hygienists are so gentle. I feel like a dental visit is a spa day. Have been a patient for five years and always have great experience at each visit
