Dr Upton, my new dentist, is fantastic! Thorough, kind, personable, communicative, and honest. His office is calm, attentive, supportive, and each step of the process for insurance—as well as the actual experience of hygiene—were thoughtfully explained so there were no surprises. I've got a dentist (and staff) that are dedicated to my health and I'm so grateful for them. If you're on the fence about whether or not you should give them a call, do it!

I have been seeing Dr. Upton for close to 15 years. His staff is always friendly, and they will accommodate you however possible. If you are nervous about a filling you can get laughing gas. If you have sensitivity during cleaning, ask for some numbing gel. They stay up to date with their equipment and procedures, so their services are continuously improving. I always get compliments on my smile, thanks to their excellent care.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Went in to have a tooth looked at and Dr. Upton told me my dental goals didn’t align with his and told me maybe I should look to go to another dentist. I promptly got up and agreed and left. This arrogant Dr thinks he is just going to tell me what I have to do to my teeth that aligns with what he wants well he is sadly mistaken.
I wouldn’t recommend him if he was the last dentist on earth, I would pull my own teeth first before going back there.

Today I went to Village dentistry for an exam and cleaning. Dr. Upton is honestly the best dentist I have ever seen. He was welcoming, nice, explained everything to me, made me feel comfortable, and was incredibly thorough. I have never had a dentist or hygienist as thorough as the staff here. They cared about so many aspects of my teeth and smile that I have never even had looked at by any dentist before. Dr. Upton went over all of my x-rays and images in detail, showing me areas of concern and why they needed fixing. Whitney, my hygienist, gave me a ton of helpful information and explained things I never knew before. Everyone, including Amanda as well, were professional and provided great care.
Additionally, the office is very nice and welcoming. It was a great experience overall and I would certainly continue coming here if I weren't moving out of the area.
