This team is amazing! I just spoke to Allison. She's absolutely wonderful! This entire team is exceptional in their areas of expertise, down to earth, will help you plan a realistic approach to care, kind and are always gracious. I used to drive to Charlotte every 3 months to visit my perio until I found this team. I am very thankful and highly recommend them. Do not put off taking care of yourself. This team will take care of you. Always thankful for the Village that takes care of me.

I was recommended this place for a debridement in 2024. While they were able to clean the teeth up, they recommended me to come in for 3-4 month cleanings. So I made this my place for getting my teeth cleaned. They never discussed what the cleaning price would be (only the other procedures they wanted to do). Since my insurance covered cleanings, it was fine. Turns out they do NOT work around the insurance limits on cleans or x-rays. This was NOT discussed at the original appointment when setting how often. Nor was it discussed that they will provide a heads up what the charge would be for either should insurance not cover it. I went in for my routine cleaning a bit over a month ago. Signed in, no problem, had no issue with the cleaning and set up my next appointment with no problem. However a week later I get a notice that i have a $200+ dental bill. This was not communicated when I came in for the appointment or when I left that I would be due any payment. The least they could of done PRIOR to the appointment was to say that this visit was going to have a cost and it will cost X much, do you still wish to continue. But nope. Long story short, I recommend finding another office if you need work done, they do not work with you on the insurance limits and you can very easily have a bill you were not expecting to have. I've now had to give up the money I would have used for christmas with my family for a bill I would not have accumulated had I known I would be charged.

Dr. Smith helped me by fixing the contact of my crown with the opposing tooth, which was a very nice thing to do, since it wasn't even why I came. I don't write many reviews, but am very happy to write this one, since it's one of the few times I've used a service and haven't been asked to do so.

Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Smith was wonderful and highly skilled. She and her assistants explained everything very well. Every effort was made to make me comfortable before, during, and after my surgery. I did have the oral sedation. I followed the med instructions and had no pain. The surgery was successful. If I ever need periodontal services again, I will definitely choose to Dr. Smith. You should too.

Dr Smith and team are super professional and offer an outstanding treatment experience. The doctor took all steps to make sure I got the appropriate treatment that best suited my situation, explained everything clearly and outlined timeline and process in the best way. The procedure went really well, and I am very happy to have found this practice. Highly recommended!
