I was honestly dreading having my tooth extracted—I’ve had bad experiences before and was expecting a lot of pain and stress. But the doctor and the whole team completely turned that around for me.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and reassuring. The front desk lady could tell I was nervous and chatted with me a bit to calm me down while I waited. When it was time for the procedure, the doctor explained everything step by step in plain English (no confusing jargon), answered my million questions without rushing me, and made sure I was numb before starting.
The actual extraction was way quicker and easier than I imagined. I felt some pressure but literally zero pain. seriously, it was over before I knew it. He was super gentle and careful the whole time. Afterward, he gave clear instructions on what to do (ice, soft foods, when to take meds),
I’m now a few days out, healing great with minimal swelling or discomfort, and I can already tell this was the right call. If you need a tooth pulled and want someone who actually cares about making it as painless and stress-free as possible, I can’t recommend this doctor and her office enough.

I had two teeth extracted in a single appointment and was very nervous going in. I chose to use nitrous oxide and a topical anesthetic, so I was fully alert during the procedure.
The staff were incredibly kind and comforting, and they immediately eased all of my worries. The surgery went smoothly; it was quick and stress-free. Overall, my experience was very positive.
Dr. Shnayder made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after the surgery, continually checking on me to ensure I was doing well. He was professional, friendly, and informative about every step of the procedure.
The aftercare instructions were straightforward and detailed, and his assistant made sure I understood everything before I left. My recovery was naturally a bit rough that day, but otherwise, the healing process went exactly as it should have! The office is clean and welcoming, and all the staff were friendly.
I will definitely recommend this practice and will be returning if any further dental surgeries are necessary!

The staff and dentist were absolutely amazing! The care and compassion I received from the moment I entered the office was incredible. I am new to Omaha and I had to establish care with a new dentist. They took my anxiety away and I am truly grateful. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this office to all.

Had to have a tooth extracted. Dr Schnayder
removed it in no time, no pain, and no anxiety on my part. He took all the time I needed to answer questions and formulate a plan for me moving forward. Very positive experience. All the support staff are super helpful and knowledgeable as well. Thanks again!

Village Point Oral Surgery was really great! They were easy to schedule with, every one there was very friendly and the day I had my extraction they were all very understanding. Overall great experience for a crappy issue!! lol
