This place is a joke. I scheduled an appointment on their website and received a follow up confirmation. I went in for my appt and waited for about 5-7 minutes alone at the front desk, not a soul in sight. Then, an employee came over and helped someone else that had walked in after me but that was fine. Then, when she got to me and I went to check in she said that their website shouldn’t have allowed me to book an appt and they tried to call me but it didn’t go through. I never got a call, email or text from them indicating my appt wasn’t available. She didn’t offer to reschedule or provide any assistance other than she could look through the call records. Super unprofessional and unhelpful. I’ve been here one other time and know they have my phone number and email but made one “attempt” of calling that “didn’t go through” and thought that was enough. Super disappointed an will never return and will make sure to refer people anywhere but here.

Not a great experience. Went to get an exam on my wisdom teeth and all they did was take X-rays, which the lady didn’t know how to operate. From said X-rays the dentist decided I needed them removed and that a bone graft was necessary for healing. He never examined inside my mouth or did anything else. They said it would cost 1k out of pocket for the bone graft and another 3.5k if I needed to be put under. (Side note, the tools they were going to use were covered in shmuck, like they were washed poorly. Obviously they’re supposed to be new.) I went to another place and it turns out one of my gums is infected and has to be treated completely different than what the dentist here was planning on doing. After going to the second place I realized how sketchy this place was. Very nice people but be weary.

I went in for a new patient exam (no cleaning), the dentist and staff were amazing however I was in the lobby for an hour and waited an additional 30 minutes for the doctor to see me. Overall it was a good experience, I felt like the doctor listened to me and the staff easily quelled any anxiety I had.

Helpful staff. Caring dentist. I felt very comfortable with the service I received. I look forward to my next visit.

I made an appointment do deal with a bad cavity and they cancelled it two days prior. My tooth became infected soon after. They have NOT treated my medical emergency like an emergency. I have been waiting for antibiotics for a major tooth infection for four days now. I was told I would get a prescription for them on Friday, it is now Monday. I called to find out what has happened, the doctor hasn’t even reviewed my case yet. I had canceled a different emergency appointment I had because this dentist promised me antibiotics on Friday, I’m now wishing I had just gone to my original appointment. By the time they finally get to my tooth it will probably be an extraction rather than a root canal, which was 100% preventable if they just hadn’t cancelled my first appointment. An infection on your tooth is serious as it could spread very quickly and they have done nothing but drag their feet and make empty promises. That fact that I’ve gone this long without being prescribed antibiotics makes me seriously doubt the competence of care at this location. Had they just been honest about their inability to handle my dental emergency I would have already had care from another doctor.
Update: they’ve finally given me a prescription for an antimicrobial mouth. But the dentist keeps cancelling and rescheduling my appointment. Today they called me to reschedule my appointment for the THIRD time in less than a month. I’ve already requested two separate days off of work, only to have my appointment cancelled and have taken the day off for nothing. This will be the third time now, costing me now at least $600 out of my paycheck (at $200/day) for this month alone.
