Dr Raheema is the best dentist I’ve went to. He is very knowledgeable in all he does and he genuinely cares about what he’s doing and about his patients. He fixed all my problems cause by other dentists. It is refreshing to find a doctor who actually cares. He is also gentle and very good and making you feel comfortable. I have yet to feel any pain during any of my procedures. The ladies at the office are also the sweetest and make the atmosphere that much better. My dentist appointments are actually fun. I highly recommend this dentistry to everyone

I got my second pair of dentures and I used this dentist for my second set and no lie he changed my life completely by making the best dentures I've ever seen. He gave me great advice and coached me through everything and made it a very easy process. Im so grateful I got a great dentist that is very good at what he does. I just want to say thank you Vinyards Dental. If you need a good dentist try him out at the corner of 19 and Mound in Sterling Heights.

Do you want a dentist that provides high quality dental work in a calming atmosphere--with an assistant who will make you feel happy and even more seen? Come here.
Long part:
This review is for the dentist, Dr Raheema and the assistant Ashley. They are amazing. I saw the dentist he bought the building practice from and was easiest to just see him after she left. Those first appointments when he was getting to know me and my wishes for dental were amazing. I am that mid thirties person that had orthodontics work as a kid, but never kept up with the retainer. My jaw did shift like they warn and had crowding. He made my smile straight again. I was changing jobs and had a time crunch before I would lose my dental insurance. He came up with plan and costs of insurance he still honored when there was a delay with a crown from wherever they sent it off to he made. To this day I'm sure he ate some cost for that and for those final steps of that plan as it it was after my insurance. But he was honorable. How many times have we all dealt with dentists that try to over sell things to make more money? I view that characteristic as one of my favorite.
He is probably the slowest of all dentists I've ever had, so plan accordingly, but what that gets you is very intentional high quality care, helpful education and calming time where you feel like the most important person. It was never rushed here. All crowns and fillings have been wonderful. No gritty after feeling or any other issues. He is very kind and also has such a calming demeanor so he would be a great dentist for anyone with dental anxieties (not me, but l still thought it a good kind of odd to leave a dentist office feeling calmer).
Where Raheema is calming, Ashley is a joy. She is such a happy person whose joy can be contagious, another unique thing in the dental industry. She was great at anticipating things and also making sure you're comfortable.
I am speaking from past tense because I did have to stop seeing him. I don't like the receptionist for the last 7 months. There were two times I've called and were placed and hold for over 5 minutes and had to hang up because I was busy. The hygienist I had for only one cleaning 6/7 months ago, but then recently they cancelled a cleaning with less than 24 hour notice due to an emergency on her part and couldn't schedule for over a month and only opening is not an ideal time with my schedule. I don't think Raheema is even aware of the gate keeping she's doing that could impact some future or new patients with the Vineyard team. Look past her if you can.
I'm not decreasing stars for low scheduling flexibility. This is a smaller dental practice. They don't have that many chairs and taking time to find the right 2nd hygienist is better than hiring a bad one. If you have flexible schedule or a job where you can easily work in a dental appointment at different times of day I will still recommend this place for its high quality, attentive care, and relaxing atmosphere. I sadly do not and realized I needed to switch to a larger practice that was easier with scheduling. I'm so grateful I had him at the beginning of him building his Sterling Heights practice when there was more flexibility.
This long review is in a way my goodbye to them because I wanted to say thank you for everything and there's not really a way to talk directly to them. You all should know their amazing quality work. If you have the flexibility, trust them with your teeth. They are kind people who care. I'll need to call back and cancel that over month out appointment, but thats talking to the receptionist that I don't like. I wanted them to know I appreciate them and for you all to know that beyond high quality work on your teeth, if you're looking for a calming and honorable dentist? Come here. You won't regret it. I hope they continue to grow and I can return. I'll miss Raheema and Ashley.

About Vineyards Dental & Implants
Vineyards Dental & Implants is a comprehensive family and cosmetic dental practice located at 43060 Mound Road in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The practice describes itself as a comfortable dental home that aims to meet all of a patient's dental needs on their own schedule. Services listed on its website include dental implants, clear aligners, Zoom teeth whitening, Xeomin injections, crowns and bridges, root canals, extractions, and dentures. The office is open Monday through Friday, with early morning hours starting at 8 a.m. and a half day on Fridays.
For patients who have lost teeth, the practice explains that dental implants are small posts made of biocompatible material that are placed in the jawbone, where the bone bonds with them to create a stable foundation. After a healing period, the dentist attaches the final restoration, which may be a crown, a bridge, a partial denture, or a complete denture depending on how many teeth are missing. The practice notes that implants are a fixed, secure alternative to removable dentures and can help improve appearance, comfort, speech, and self-esteem. The team invites patients to call the office to discuss whether implants are a good fit for their situation.
