Dr. Florencio reworked his schedule to start my dental repair immediately after examining me, saving days and trips to and from Walnut Creek. He also had the crowns re-made without charge when the first ones didn't meet his standards for color match. The final result is beautiful! Many thanks!

I had the pleasure of visiting Walnut Creek Prosthodontics & Dental Implants, and I'm thrilled to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the friendly front desk staff. Dr. Florencio is very professional and I now don't dread/have anxiety with getting numbed for any dental work he does the most gentle injections and I get numb right away. Every time I get a procedure done it's explained thoroughly. Dr. Jiao is also amazing too she is very gentle and passionate about her work. They both take the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.

Have been going to this same office, since Dr. Barnaby owned the practice before Dr. Florencio took the practice over. I’m happy to say that Dr. Barnaby should be very proud to have turned over his practice to such a competent dentist when he retired. Though Dr. Barnaby was a great dentist, I’m happy he turned his patients to another professional.
