Dr. Tyler Nelson D.M.D., M.D. is a superb oral surgeon. He is extremely competent and goes to great lengths to reassure his patients. He has a warm, friendly, caring personality. I would recommend him to anyone needing advanced dental work in northern California.

I had an appointment for wisdom teeth removal surgery. The staff were nice and respectful towards me when I got there. While waiting the lady who got me set up before the surgery talked to me a bit and explained to me what she was doing. The staff also were understanding when I had to cancel my first appointment 2 or 3 days before because I caught the flu and said they wouldn't charge me a cancelation fee this time around. Before and after the surgery, Dr. Nelson was friendly and warm. He asked if I had any questions beforehand, explained what I should expect, and that after looking at my x-ray, I shouldn't worry.

I had my first consultation with Dr. Tyler Nelson at Waterman Oral Surgery, and I can honestly say it was such a great experience from start to finish! The front office staff are super sweet and welcoming -special shoutout to Amy and Lisa for being so kind and helpful. Even just waiting for my appointment felt relaxing. The office has the most beautiful canvas paintings on the walls, which really sets such a calm, classy vibe. When I met with Dr. Nelson, I was immediately impressed by his knowledge, confidence, and the way he explained everything so clearly. He made me feel completely comfortable (and even excited!!) about getting my wisdom teeth removed, which I never thought I鈥檇 say. Everything was straightforward and easy to understand, and I left my consultation feeling completely at ease. If you鈥檙e looking for an oral surgery practice that鈥檚 professional, warm, and truly makes you feel cared for, I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and the whole Waterman Oral Surgery team!!! 馃檶鉁笍馃挴

Very nice oral surgery office. I went to the fairfield location. I have had 2 procedures done there. The staff are professional and understanding. My surgeries have healed up nicely with no complications.

My experience at Waterman oral surgery was amazing. Everyone there was kind patient gave me all the information I needed and we were in and out of there in 30 minutes. All of the staff were very caring and informative. I would definitely recommend them.
