I have been coming here for the past couple years after they were recommended by a family member. By far this has been the best dental office I have ever been to. I went years in between due to dental anxiety, COVID, etc so I got behind in my treatments. Since going here, my anxiety has lessened and I have gotten back on track with my dental care. Dr. Creighton and his staff are incredibly kind, answer any questions, and do their best to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend !

I would absolutely recommend to anyone! As someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years I was nervous to say the least, but all of the staff at Waterville Dental Arts are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They are informative and use terms that are easy to understand. I used to be terrified of fillings, but all of the fillings I’ve had with Dr. Creighton have been painless. I appreciate that him and Carla check with you multiple times throughout the visit to make sure you’re doing okay and Sabrina is awesome at doing the lidocaine. There’s no doubt that you’re in good hands at Waterville Dental Arts!

As someone who is self-employed and keenly aware of the importance of meeting, customers needs, I cannot say enough good things about this dental practice. I am 67 years old and without a doubt, this was the best experience I have ever had sitting in a dental chair! I was able to relax and had total faith that I was in good hands. Zero discomfort during and after a complex procedure. I am actually looking forward to returning and resolving more of my dental concerns. Betsy Newman Owner/Moosehead Trail Dog Daycare and Boarding

After not seeing a Dentist for a few years I had a tooth break and needed to find one. I wasn’t just looking for a dentist to fix it but also to build a relationship with someone who took pride in their work and I didn’t just feel like a number. They understood my emergency and were able to fit me in. While the tooth required oral surgery to be removed they were able to refer me to a surgeon and provided quality care. They were able to identify some other areas of concern and helped me create a care plan going forward. The entire team is warm and welcoming and really gets to know you as a person. If quality of care and expert dentistry is your goal this is the place!

After my dentist of 20 years passed away, I was nervous about finding someone who cared as much. From my first visit with Dr. Creighton, I knew I’d found the right fit. The practice has a small, family-friendly feel where you’re treated like a person, not a number. Sabrina’s infectious energy somehow makes me excited to go to the dentist (I know—wild!). Dr. Creighton is genuinely kind, clearly loves what he does, and goes out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy. Carla is a fantastic addition with her upbeat attitude and helpfulness. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this office—and I actually don’t dread dental appointments anymore. Highly recommend!
