Start to finish it's an outstanding service. The facility is very clean, very state of the art equipment. Very nice receptionist. Outstanding dental assistant Rachel. Very detailed hygienist. Amazing articulate dentist. I'm very sensitive to being in a dental environment from past experience and from the start I didn't feel any anxiety. Everything was explained to me and made me feel very comfortable! I'm glad I'm came to Wausau Smile 😁

Thank you. The staff from greeting us at the appointment desk to explaining the cost of service and performing the examination was exceptional. Both the dental hygienist and the dentist were very clear and concise providing me with what turns out to be bad news but necessary news for me to get best help with my dental health. I appreciate the candid remarks truth, and honesty is the best policy.

I have been a patient for many years and the service has not changed. It is still professional but friendly. It is the first dentist that I don't get nervous to go too. Keep up the great work. The only thing I want to know is, where has the free chapstick gone??? I loved getting it after a visit. It truly was the best I have ever used. Please bring it back.

I was referred to Wausau Smiles from Mosinee Smiles for an abcessed tooth. They were able to get me in immediately from my appointment at Mosinee Smiles. Once I arrived, they took me back with no wait times. The dentist was very knowledgeable on tooth reabsorption and explained that the tooth should have never been root canaled at a past dentist's recommendation. I was able to have the tooth extracted with no pain. They were absolutely great an explaining everything I would experience at the office and at home. They also made sure I was comfortable the entire time, despite me being nervous about the tooth extraction. After extraction they also made sure to discuss a future plans for the tooth socket. I would definitely recommend Wausau Smiles to anyone who is looking for dental care.

Love the environment, beautiful and professional blend to the highest degree at Wausau Smiles. I love all the hygienists I have had, they are kind, professional, and helpful/knowledgeable. My dentist has gone above and beyond at every single visit. She listens, is patient, understanding of my dental goals and works with me to meet them. I love it at Wausau Smiles!
