Dr.Koo called me back very quickly when I was in a lot of pain and needed a tooth extraction, and he even called me on a weekend to tell me of a cancellation, so I got an earlier appointment. The extraction was done very skillfully by Dr. Koo; I was very impressed by how he explained each step. His nurse and assistant were as friendly and compassionate as he was. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had a wonderful experience with my dentist and the entire team. The doctor is truly skilled and did an excellent job with my dental implant. Everything was done with great care and professionalism. What I appreciated the most is that the doctor is very kind, humble, and genuinely cares about patients—not just focused on money. The staff are also very friendly, respectful, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I heard this office had laser options and preferred that for my procedure. Called to ask and the person who answered the phone gave me all the info I needed. She was able to get me a same day appointment. Said I could do consult and procedure if I wanted or just come back for procedure. Dr. Koo was great and made thing easy and almost completely pain free. The staff were helpful and kind and all was over and done in no time. Would definitely go back!

I have always had a fear of the dentist. I came in for a consultation and I immediately felt welcomed and a sense of relief. All the staff members and the doctor eased my mind and fear. I am planning on coming back and switching over.
