WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I just had to make a review because this is ridiculous. I paid my braces off they sent me a bill showing it was $0 then when it was time to remove my braces they said I owed $800 but when I showed them the proof they said it was a mistake on their end… they didn’t notice my insurance didnt cover it all till it was time for me to deband! I waited to come up with the $800 to pay so I can get them removed.(single mom) They sent me a letter to get them removed…. Which fine I was 3 minutes late and they cancelled lol. (Which I understand it’s my fault but 3 mins is crazy!!!! Also the front desk staff is HORRIBLE the billing team HORRIBLE. They suck at communication and I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Just money hungry to me

This is a very busy office! I have had good and bad experiences here. My first two visits I just walked out after waiting hours past my scheduled appointment. I felt like I was lost in their waiting room. No one could offer an explanation. Why even make an appointment if they aren’t going to see you?
Because of my insurance this is the only office I can go to for deep cleaning of my teeth. Without choice I had to return to them. My exact was different this visit. They were on time and once I was examined I had built confidence in the Doctors. The deep cleaning went well and the lady who worked on me was very good. Her name is Judy and she tried everything to ensure my teeth were as clean as possible.
I also had two extractions done recently. My Doctor was excellent! His assistant was excellent as well. They did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. Things like a pillow for my neck, soft music to keep you calm. They both worked well together. The extractions went well and I was very pleased with the outcome.
So what first seemed like a bad experience turned out to be a good one. The office did make major changes during this period and all of them have been effective. Unfortunately they stopped accepting my insurance so I’ll have to yet find another Dentist. West 10th Street Dental is recommended by me.

Dr. Patterson is hands down the best Endodontist I have ever had. He takes the time to explain in good detail to his patients about the care they will be receiving. He is very gentle and meticulous with his work. I was very comfortable the entire time and even though root canals aren’t pleasant— he did everything he could to make it the best experience possible. I would recommend him to anyone! Also, a special thank you to his assistant, Kamaal. Hands down the best team in Indy to get Endodontic treatment from. ☺️

I’ve never had bad experiences here, but maybe some experiences where I have felt rushed during my procedure. I don’t like to complain. Today my hygienist was Amber and she was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, she was thorough, and she was personable. I will definitely be requesting her again. Thank you Dominique and Amber for your amazing service today! ❤️

I have been to this facility several times now meeting different staff and so far, I am impressed! All of the staff are generally very kind! This will be my new home dentist location. Love the positive environment from the positive staff, their decorations including their pink key boards. Also, the convenient location with the ease of getting in and out and it has all types of dental services and specialists in one location. Love that!
