The best dentist office I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and personable and the dentist is great. Office environment is comfortable and very modern atmosphere with a faint touch of music playing in the background. They even have a wonderful puppy that will sit with you and help calm even the most anxious of us. I would recommend this dentist office to everyone, from children to elderly, and everyone in between.

My longtime dentist retired and I was looking for a new dental office. I couldn’t be more pleased to have discovered West Albany Dental! The staff are super friendly and helpful! I had my teeth cleaned today. The hygienist was gentle and thorough. Dr Hannah is the BEST! She is knowledgeable and experienced. She evaluates the condition of my teeth and strikes a careful balance between being proactive without proposing unnecessary treatment. They use state-of-the-art equipment. Recently I had a crown done-all in the same day! No more temporaries and coming back a week later! If going to the dentist makes you anxious, they put you at ease with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I can’t recommend Dr Hannah and her staff enough! You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent service from Dr. Hannah AND all her staff. GREAT customer service, and very much appreciated how thorough details were explained. Definitely would highly recommend family/friends for any dental needs for Dr. Hannah' office.

My first visit to West Albany Dental could not have been better. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. I had a few X-rays, a routine inspection of my teeth and an oral clean. Everything was done with utmost professionalism and care. I will be looking forward to my next visit in 4 months.

Sara was very nice and informative with my mom and Dr Hanna was honest about my mom getting new dentures and how they would still be a loose fit for her as my mom doesn’t have a lot of bone left. So we decided to get the old dentures fixed. I appreciate the honesty.
