I had a gum graft and Dr. Hardison’s care was exceptional. He was very kind and explained everything very well. His manager Rebecca also did a great job of explaining everything from start to finish regarding recovery to insurance. She was very accommodating and understanding and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From The moment I called to schedule my consult to having my surgery, everything was amazing. The staff are fantastic and Dr. Justin M Hardison is wonderful. Very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Harrison is wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly. They explain everything about your procedure, post op care, and cost ( what is and isn't covered) in detail. They are super responsive and communicative, even in emergencies.

I needed a gum graft and Dr Hardison performed the much needed procedure in March--as I had moderate to severe gum recession. He explained the details to me perfectly. There were no surprises. Now, almost 5 months later, I have beautiful healthy pink gums which are preventing more bone loss in my lower jaw. So grateful!

Dr. Hardison and his entire staff were incredibly patient and kind before, during, and after my oral surgery. My fear of the dentist is beyond measure, and they treated me with such care, understanding, and compassion every step of the way. I truly felt supported and at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Hardison at West End Implants and Periodontics.
