My daughter had to get multiple teeth pulled and was so nervous. Dr Klooster did a an amazing job making her feel comfortable and it was quick and painless. Highly recommend for any oral surgery work.

I’m extremely disappointed with this office. The clinical care itself was excellent—both of my children recovered quickly after their wisdom teeth extractions. Unfortunately, everything fell apart when it came to billing. I was given an estimate stating my out-of-pocket cost would be $1,727, and I based my LPFSA contribution on that number. However, on the morning of the procedure, I was suddenly told my actual responsibility would be nearly double—$2,765. Even the staff member collecting payments thought the numbers looked off. The previous year, my other child had the same procedure here with no issues, so I trusted their process. I paid the $1,727 I was originally quoted and was told the remaining charges would be reviewed. After their review, I was informed that the original estimate was incorrect, that the employee who calculated it “no longer works there because she wasn’t good at estimating,” and that I’m still responsible for the remaining balance. I fully understand that estimates can change, but this was a significant discrepancy with no accountability on their part. Great clinical care—deeply frustrating and costly billing experience.

I was sent to them on referral. What I was told is they had no opening for a single extraction, and how they couldn't do additional work I was referred to them for. I asked them to contact the dentist and iron it out (thinking the dentist would continue to send referrals under the same scenario or the dentist may have them change the scope) but was told they couldn't contact the dentist.

First time visit to this provider. Facility was easy to find, modern and clean. Team was friendly and engaging, answered all questions and professional. Communication was proactive and very helpful, I would recommend their services.

$700 for tooth extraction. I called several other places and they aren’t even close to that much. They weren’t up front how much it was gonna cost me. The lady had attitude with me. Guys believe the bad reviews, run. Oh also they gonna charge me for not going to my appointment. Come collect your money. You aren’t getting it from me.
