My regular dentist referred me to this office and I’m thankful he did!! I admit… I was very nervous about having a tooth extracted, but Ashley (the assistant), put me at ease immediately. Her chair-side manner and conversation calmed me down. When Dr Kirby came in, he explained everything he was going to do, and how long it would take…and he was right! Great staff! Great service!

Dr. Kirby and his assistant, Alexis, were absolutely fantastic! They allayed any anxiety I felt at having my tooth removed, gave me enough medication so that I felt no pain whatsoever. A quick, painless procedure! Thank you so much, Dr. Kirby, and associates. You really helped me, and made my day!

Dr. Kirby and Lexie explained the procedure thoroughly. I experienced zero discomfort during the tooth extraction. They have great people skills. My appointment was on-time and the front office staff were very nice.

Have a toothache, worry about having it extracted? Worry no more! West Michigan oral and Maxillofacial is the place for you to go. I had to have two teeth extracted yesterday. It went so easy and not one bit of pain. I hardly knew he had taken the teeth out. George d Kirby, dds, MD is top notch. He made me feel very relaxed, he knew exactly what he was doing. The experience was spectacular. The staff is absolutely wonderful, everyone is kind courteous and helpful. I was on the cancellation list and they moved me up 3 weeks and got me a sooner appointment. I used to worry about having to have a tooth extracted but not anymore. Please make this your first place to check out if you need their services.

I hate getting shots in my mouth (for tooth extractions). The oral surgeon did the most painless shots. And, everyone (surgeon, tech and front desk) were so welcoming and patient. I definitely recommend them!
