They do a great job. Had a cap come off my front tooth, they were able to get it back on. love it looks amazing compared to what it was. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs their teeth fixed.

Dr. Brown and Jaylee were very kind, caring, and professional at their work. I felt no pain either during the procedure or after the procedure. When I give my time and money to a business. I hope for a professional and caring experience by all the group involved. These folks surpassed my expectations. I am grateful to them not only for their hard work, but in how they made me feel. A wonderful experience thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had an appointment scheduled. The office called me at 8 am, I missed the phone call due to being at work. I called them back on my next available break (less than 3 hours) and they had already given my appointment to someone else. I waited over a month for that appointment, and now I have to wait another month for a broken tooth that cuts my tongue. They do not care about their patients, and will not do anything to fix the issue. Saying it’s protocol. Their protocol is to make it harder on the working people to get proper dental care.

Kagan is one of the best people there. I love bringing my resident's in to see her for their dentures. She always makes sure they understand what she is doing and has so much kindness. Some are even excited to come in to see her cause of how awesome she is. Thank you guys your kindness towards my people. ❤️

I had my first appt. yesterday, with a few more to go. I am so glad I made the phone call. I had almost given up hope finding a dentist who could do what I needed to have done and who could work with me to have it done and who accepted United Health Care/ Medicaid. I was so apprehensive after having had a horrid visit with another dentist (no names), that I had given up hope of ever being able to smile again. At my first visit with West Plains Family Dentistry I wanted to cry, but a happy cry. I don't know the young lady's name who took all my info and xrays, etc. but what a gem she is! The dentist was great, explained what needed to be done. The team I interacted with, including the ladies up front, were awesome. I was treated with respect, courtesy and such friendly, upbeat attitudes with smiles. Highly recommend this group. Looking forward to my next appt. 🤗
