Went in 3x- out of the 3 twice He came off kinda rude and cocky didn’t seem that interested in listening and made accusations about me to me. Also for some reason felt the need to do X-rays every time. Even the time my apt were only a couple weeks apart.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting West River Dental and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the dental hygienists, were incredibly kind and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is especially important when visiting the dentist. Despite the high level of care and attention I received, the dental procedures were efficient and painless. The dentist was knowledgeable and skilled, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I left feeling confident in the quality of care I received. Great service. Great care. Great people. All very professional and personable. From Brenda at the front desk, to Sadie, Dr. Jordan’s dental assistant, to Dr. Jordan, himself, I received exceptional (VIP) care. I had an acute (though not emergent) issue and all in the office went out of their way to accommodate me. I got a thorough evaluation and explanation. Dr. Jordan spent a great deal of time with me and his assistant also spent a great deal of time giving me detailed instructions. I feel very confident that my dental care is in excellent hands!
