Dr. Randers has been seeing my family for years now. He is a very kind person and we love him so much! Kylie, the hygienist is also awesome. We love coming to this office! My girls grew up with a very positive experience going to Dr. Randers so they are always excited to go to the dentist. My review is long overdue! Thank you Dr. Randers for being a wonderful dentist for our family! ;-)

I am not a fun of visiting a dentist but West Texas Dental is the best, the place is clean, friendly, cost appropriate and has the best team. From the reception to the end of of my visit I only have nice things to say about the place. They listen, and tailor your care to your comfort without compromising the care and are very professional. Michelle you are the best, you made my experience of visiting a dentist something I could do without hesitation. Dr Brian explains everything about the visit, easy to understand and let's you make an informed decision. I could have given 10 stars but they only have 5. Thank you for the best dental experience.

Dr. Randers at WTDA has been a wonderful dentist for my family of two adults and four children for many years. He is knowledgeable, experienced, kind, and patient. The staff is wonderful and takes extra steps to care for you well. Most recently, my son had to have two teeth extracted for improved spacing/positioning, and Dr. Randers and his team made it easy! He even called later in the evening to check on my son, and gave me his cell phone number to call if there were concerns over the weekend. My family has *never* complained about going to the dentist and we'd all highly recommend WTDA.

Starting with the reception area- very welcoming & helpful! Office is clean and beautiful too! Erica was a phenomenal hygienist, very kind & thorough! She explained everything she was doing and did not rush me in and out. Dr. Randers is just as everyone describes him- genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met! He was not in a hurry, spent quality time explaining options, but never tried to convince me to do something I did not need. Very impressed with him and his entire staff! So thankful I chose Dr. Randers and his staff for my dental care! Best in Lubbock!

Staff is super friendly. They are always very gentle with the work that they have to do. I don't have dental insurance and their prices are always very reasonable. My family and I have been using Randers for a couple of decades and think he's the best!!
