I had two teeth extracted. In a prior appointment I had a pill that put you out for most of the day. It did not work for me at all. This time I had gas. So easy. I walked out of the office under my own power and was lucid right away. The office staff, as usual, were gracious and efficient. The dental team was thorough (I could understand all they were saying but with no pain involved). Now, several days later as I'm healing and waiting for implants eventually, the operation site feels good with no complications. They told me what to do if I did have complications, though. And, the next day I received a call asking how I was doing.
Good experience even though I have high anxiety going to a dentist. They were calm and helped me calm down.

I have been going to West Valley Dental for 11 months for full dental implants. Everyone here is exceptionally professional and personable at their specific job. Hazel has been assisting me with my implants for quite a few months. She does excellent work and really takes the time to get things right for me. Her experience is unmatched and I am grateful for her. Everyone that works here is here for you and you alone when they are working with you which is a real comfort. I give them 5 stars all the way around!!!

Staff was So Informative. West Valley is an all inclusive location. The dentists, and support group are at this location. The lab is on sight. The importance of this is that the lab sees what I look like. The 2nd, or 3rd party labs don't. Back and forth is not what is done here. That is why I chose West Valley Dental

After roughly 6 months of waiting, i finally got my implants set and temporary fixed full archs installed on the 10th. I made the decision to go to west valley dental primarily based on the overwhelming number of positive google reviews, so its only appropriate that i leave a thorough review of my experience. I am 39 and due to my own neglect and irresponsiblity i only had 17 teeth left and at least half of those were on the edge of complete failure. The choice was dentures or full arch all-on-4 implants. My research suggested a total cost that varied wildly from about 30k to upwards of 60k+. I figured i will go in to their free consultation and go from there. They got me in quick, took some scans and told me what i already knew, everything left needed to come out and they quoted me $25k flat out for both top and bottom, all the extactions, the temporary set (actually 3 total if you happen to need them) and the permanent zirconium set, plus any future repairs or adjustments, for life. It sounded a little too good to be true honestly, but everything was in writing and it was evident to me immediately that Dr. Hsue has built his business with an emphasis on efficiency and volume. They seemed to have an incredible amount of patients, staff, and workspace for only one main dentist. From my experience he runs the whole show flawlessly, like a symphony conductor, hes got the right people in the right positions at the right time and it made for a very positive experience all the way from start to finish. It took me a couple months to secure the money to pay for them, which i had to pay up front to get put on the schedule. They even lowered the price to $22.5k to ensure i had no issue affording it. I made the payment and got a total of 6 or 7 appointments, all explained thoroughly. The main surgery was on Feb. 9th, which was about 4 months from the time i paid them. The temporary set was installed the day after that. Everything went smooth, yes the numbing shots into the gums and roof of my mouth were just as painful as i remember them being, no real way around it. Shortly after that i was fast asleep and the whole thing took just a few hours. I went home that night with just the studs in, and came back the next day to get the temporary set installed. Everything went as planned there was a little discomfort when they torqued the front upper screws but not bad. Im still taking the antibiotics, the pain has not been bad at all, i havent needed any pain medication. My face is swollen, and they obviously feel awkward at first but im sure that will smooth out in a little while. The only thing i wish i could have is the ability to have as many different sets as i want, and to be able to swap them out myself. I really want a full titanuim or stainless set with frosted diamond inlays, and a set with some real fangs would be clutch. I am definitely going to ask if thats a possibility when i get my zirconium set installed, i mean its only 8 screws total and i think they torque them to 35 in/lbs if i remember right. We will cross that bridge when it arrives, as for right now i couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thanks to everyone at west valley dental for their flawless service. If you are debating on whether or not to get implants or where the best place to go is, look no further.

I hope that this isn’t what the Dental community is offering all around. I felt like I was in a bee hive and everyone was so busily anxious and had no time or patience to answer my questions as this was my first attempt to see what is offered. Doc said all teeth should go, then another person came by and said I should keep what I can and she left to get both pricing offers which I thought was a good idea because we all want our options. Five minutes later Doc comes back and is agitated asking me why I changed my mind- while he’s working on 3 other patients. For 30,000 I must be treated better than this.
