im writing this review as jeff brown, i recently attended a , appointment at west wind dental in rigby, and had several extractions, they were fast friendly and very professional, and would recomend to friends and family.

I went in for a cleaning not that long ago and they told me I had a cavity on almost every single tooth. I wasn’t really given any information on what they were going to do to my teeth other than the fillings. I went in for three visits. I take pretty good care of my teeth so I was a little shocked to say the least when they told me I needed so much work done. I originally thought it would take one visit and then kept being told to come in again and again. I was already a little suspicious when I got my wisdom teeth out and felt they didn’t do the best job as I felt the pain for most of the procedure. I went in for another cleaning somewhere else and found out about every single filling they did was done wrong and poorly. I now need to have a root canal and about 4,000 in dental work done to fix the work that they did poorly. And I have been given issues that I’m going to need to deal with for the rest of my life. I even question if I needed all those cavities filled in the first place since I always floss and was told I take great care of my teeth by other dentists. I’ve had cavities before, but never this extreme and never done this poorly. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. They were really nice, but other than that they didn’t really know what they were doing.

We went to the dentist today. My 15 year old son got 2 teeth extracted. Everything went smoothly and well. Dr. Ellis and his staff were friendly and competent in all they did. Dr. Ellis didn't just jerk the teeth out, but gently removed them. My son didn't even know they were out. I also had a tooth removed in October 2023 and an implant put in in February 2024. Everything went well and I love my new tooth.

Dr. Ellis did us a real solid. He handled a dental emergency with professionalism, skill, and calm reassurance, and our daughter’s smile was restored. We’re very grateful for his work.
