Entire staff in EA office are kind, caring, pleasant and professional!! On this particular visit , I was still recovering from major surgery. Everyone did all they could to keep me comfortable. Dr. Alex has been my Dentist for many years. He treats me like family. He has always treated me with respect, kindness, and compassion. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Recently visited WM Dental Care, previously Westermeier Martin Dental Care on Main St in East Aurora, NY for deep cleaning with Victoria who I have had the pleasure of her expertise twice. She does an exceptional job and is very gentle but thorough. Victoria had the dentist come in and check a few fillings who then noted one was chipped and my tooth was cracked needing a crown. I am appreciative that they accept more dental insurance policies and also offer their Smile Care policy reducing the cost of treatment. I have been extremely pleased with the patient care, office comfort and friendly staff from for over 15 years at this WNY location. ♥️

My dental cleaning with Emily was pleasant and thorough. Emily was very patient, kind and listened to my concerns and made accommodations to ease my anxiety throughout the process. Would highly recommend Emily as a dental hygienist if you have sensitive teeth with areas of concern.

Very efficient and accommodating. I had a root canal and they put a veneer over it, but then the tooth/veneer started turning grey. After going back in, they explained that the tooth had leftover black medicine inside and that's why it was grey. Setting up the appointments were quick and easy, the procedures were well-done, and the results were fantastic. I left feeling like I understood what the issue was and that the procedures were very effective.

After 2 visits to specialists for severe sinus and jaw pain, I was told to see my dentist. Even tho I had been a patient there for several years, the earliest appointment they offered was almost 2 weeks out. I told the receptionist I was in severe pain and she said she'd put me on the cancellation list. When I asked if they recommended an emergency clinic in case this thing blew up over the holiday weekend, she said 2 weeks really isn't that long. That was it. I got online and saw that WM had emergency appointments. They are an established practice with dentists that stay with them, unlike the trending dental office conglomerates with dentist du jour. I was seen the next day and was totally blown away by the caring, compassionate, and professional attitude shown by everybody there. Once the dentist diagnosed what my problems were, a comprehensive treatment plan was offered. Everything was my decision. There was no pressure for me to switch over to their practice for all my dental care, but I did so. They were there for a total stranger's time of need, and did so with soothing care.
