Nice staff and communication was good. You can tell their office is short staffed so wait time for my exam was long. The receptionist did her best to communicate with how many patients were ahead of me and did give me the option to continue waiting or reschedule. Besides that, I got my partial dentures here and even though the process took a couple of months I am satisfied with the work they did.

I had a pleasant experience at western dental. I usually hate dentists, they’re painful, but it was different with western dental. They’re really helpful in helping me with payment options, the staff is very nice. The dentists are excellent. I didn’t get any shot tears, for the first time! And it was a huge Mexican dude that was xtracted my teeth. I felt safe and in good hands, I actually fell asleep while they were stitching me up. That’s a first. And u don’t wait that long for the dentist to see u. First time I didn’t have to clench the arm rest cuz I could still feel it. Thank u

Tess, she was amazing with how she was and how she worked with me. She showed herself as someone that was friendly and I really liked that. It helped me cooperate a lot smoother and well, im really glad i got to have her as my hygienist!!
