I had an absolutely amazing experience at Western Dental. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, from explaining treatment plans to walking me through payment options.
The front desk staff, doctor, and technicians were all outstanding! Easily the best team I’ve experienced. I felt genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in, and they made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free, including setting up my follow-up appointments.
I especially want to recognize David, he truly made my experience exceptional. Because of him and the entire team, I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

This branch is nice and clean, staff are friendly and very helpful. It was my first appointment for evaluation and dental plan for my concerns.
I was provided several options to help out in the treatments and the fair estimate of costs. Great.
There is one doctor for General Dentistry. She was straight to the fact. And a matter of fact lying.

I had a great experience at this Western Dental Lacey location ! From the front desk to the dental assistants, everyone was professional and welcoming. They were very thorough and took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly without making me feel rushed. The office was clean, and I was seen right on time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for efficient and friendly care!

Awesome, friendly staff. Everything was explained thoroughly - what needed to be done, how much my insurance would cover, and payment options for what wasn’t covered by my insurance. I definitely recommend this Western Dental clinic. I have found a dental clinic that I will stay with for sure. Great experience all around.
