Came in for a check-up on 1/28 and cleaning on 1/30, I mostly worked with Ashley and Yasmeen at the front counter, and Dr. Jane was my hygienist. They were great! Awesome personalities and very welcoming. Love the environment. Got me ready and hooked up for my bday lol. 10/10

If you can go anywhere else, I advise you do so. I have had the worst issues trying to communicate with reception, management and ortho dept regarding my son’s treatment. I call multiple times and each time I call no one is on the same page regarding the plan of care. Zero quality care.

The receptionist suck they dont do their jobs they just talk about getting hair done, bfs, blah blah blah. They are extremely rude, i also called many times to cancel an appointment but no one answered at first then when they did she started laughing and talking about “and then like” and i heard another girl in the background and i got left on hold again exactly on February 13th, not only that the last time i called they hung up on me i was never able to cancel my appointment so i just did a no show unfortunately western dental needs to hire more professional older ladies not these young ladies who dont do their jobs correctly we do not want a dentist place like this we want a professional place. But there was this lady who was so sweet and professional her name is ashley, she deserves a rase she made my whole experience better and i was already upset but she made my day.

scheduled an appointment waited there for 3 hours just to be told they didn’t want to do my cleaning that day and wanted to reschedule me i recommend going anywhere else but here
