Firstly, I cannot rate this dental facility high enough based on my last three visits. From Aimee at reception, who is so friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable, to the fabulous nursing staff who make you feel at ease from the minute you arrive and of course Dr Gradoville, who quite simply is without question, one of the most amazing dentists and surgeon's I have ever met. Full disclosure I am a very nervous and anxious patient who grew up in the 60's when dentist had a completely different approach to their craft and of course patient experience. This in turn led unfortunately to a generation of people who experienced considerable anxiety and even fear when visiting the dentist. At this facility nothing could be further from the truth and in fact I cannot wait until my next visit. Dr Gradoville and her team are completely focused on making your visit not only a painless and comfortable one, but one which is actually enjoyable....yes enjoyable! The whole experience had me marvelling on how far the dental industry has come and how Dr Gradoville and her team are completely focused on ensuring not only do her patients receive world class treatment but ensuring that they take care of you like you were their own family members. Thank you Jessica and your staff for taking care of me and ensuring my teeth and gums will continue to be healthy and happy for years to come.

Doctor Gradoville and her staff has taken excellent care of me and my teeth and gums for the last 3 years. Today's visit and care was the BEST that I have ever had in my entire life. I am 64 years old and I will more than highly recommend Western Iowa Peridontics & Implant Dentistry to all my friends and family, as well as you who read this review. They are the BEST in this country. Thank you so much, and may God richly bless you.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gradoville and her staff. After not having dental care for a long time due to a bad experience, I was terrified going into my initial appointments. Dr. Gradoville and her clinic staff were warm and comforting and made me feel so at ease, whether it was talking about my hobbies or listening to my kind of music during the procedures. She did an amazing job at getting me back to square one and I look forward to the improvements to come. I've recommended her to all my family and friends.

Even before I looked at reviews on Dr. Gradoville (to include the one from one of her parents who I don't know!), I had formed my own opinion after seeing her initially for a consult and then a re-consult a year later. Both times, I felt comfortable, informed, and amazingly well cared for. Dr. Gradoville and her staff ensured that I understood what she was seeing regarding my dental issue, what my options were, and ensured that I thoroughly understood everything I had a question of (and I had multiple). Dr. Gradoville even let me call my spouse mid exam and sat there answering both of our questions to our comfort/satisfaction. What amazing "bedside" manners Dr. Gradoville has. She spoke to me on a level that I could thoroughly understand, comprehend, and felt comfortable with. Very patient and thorough. Dr. Gradoville is truly a yellow diamond (rare).
