This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dental office. I went for wisdom tooth extraction, they were more than worth the 90 minute drive. The entire staff, from reception to the doctors were extremely kind and helpful for answering any questions you have. They all provided top notch service and care. Thank you!

ANGELS! Every single person in this office is an angel! I had two wisdom teeth, top and bottom, same side, creating awful, intolerable pain. With original appointment scheduled for Wednesday, I was unable to tolerate any more home remedies by Tuesday and Maggie got me in a day early! I met with Dr. Shall, preparing to beg for his mercy, but this very kind man never put me through that. He took me back for surgery right away. Bridgette and Jess assisted with a complicated extraction and reassured me the entire time! I felt like I had sisters holding my hand through it all! I left relieved and healed perfectly. But by day 8 post-op, my jaw was still stiff and difficult to open. I called Maggie, she offered great advice for continuing care, but insisted I come in two days later so I wasn't going into the weekend with possible issues. At the post-op visit, Dr. Shall reassured me that all was fine and normal and offered insight to massages & care of the jaw. Not one time did this team make me feel anything other than comfortable and safe! I wish they all were licensed in all healthcare fields because they are just that incredible! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

I had 2 teeth extracted this morning 2/25/26. I wholeheartedly agree that this office is only interested in money. I was told that my cavity and wisdom tooth needed to come out and as I sat in the chair it looked as though they were planning and preparing on doing the procedure as we spoke. Although I had already gotten x-rays the day before from a different dentist ( and brought them with me), the dentist told me he needed a " better view", and had to do their own x-rays ( I think that was a $ grab in itself.) Then before the extraction some lady came back in and told me my insurance was only going to cover half, and in order to proceed with ANYTHING I had to pay $432!!!! And stated if I didn't, I'd have to reschedule when I had it! No negotiations on payment plans or anything- just shoulder shrugged!!! I think this is poor practice. Had I not been in so much pain I would've found another dentistry. And I will if I have anymore issues. I advise if you don't have a healthy bank account, please find a different office.

Had wisdom teeth removed today and everyone is really nice and comforting when your nervous. Although I didn't keep my teeth i was able to look at them. Very happy with my experience

Very recently went there to get my wisdom teeth extracted. Everyone at the office was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and put me at ease for what I was concerned would be a very scary procedure - it turned out to be a breeze. They're very responsive over the phone, and Dr. Shall is clearly an experienced surgeon who knows exactly what he's doing. He even called me the evening after my procedure to check in and answer any questions I had, which I wasn't expecting. I'd definitely recommend this office to anyone who's looking to have some more intense dental work done.
