Today’s visit was a quick one to remove stitches after having the surgical post implanted 2 weeks ago. This is the 2nd extraction and implant that Dr. Williams and the team have done for me. They are kind, gentle, professional, and punctual - always. They provided detailed information, instructions, and accurate estimates prior to completing the procedures. I Highly recommend them!

I always enjoy my time with Dr. Williams. I trust him. That brought me the confidence I needed to receive my implants from him…….painlessly! I find him extremely skilled! Today we completed another implant check, and I received a “perfect” rating! Another perk seeing Dr. Williams is enjoying his sense of humor and listening to his ever- catchy laughter! The office runs like a well-oiled machine….no waiting in the waiting room. The staff is efficient, skilled and personable. An overall great place! I highly recommend Dr. Williams!

Kayla is an expert with cleaning my teeth. She obviously takes pride in her job. I'm always well cared for at Dr. Williams' office. I am grateful for their team and highly recommend them.

Kayla always does a great job, careful and complete. She is aware of sensitivity in my teeth and warns me ahead of time when approaching those areas. Great conversations keep my mind off the work too.

Western Mass Periodontics, practicing as Michael J Williams, DMD, PC in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, is a periodontal practice offering dental implant care, including TeethXpress implant dentistry and implant supported dentures. The practice also provides bone grafting and sinus lift procedures to prepare patients for implant treatment, along with a range of periodontal treatments such as LANAP laser treatment, scaling and root planing, and gum grafting.
During an initial visit, patients meet with the periodontist to discuss their dental history and needs, followed by a comprehensive examination. The office is described as the Implant Center of the Berkshires and uses digital imaging and computer guided implant placement to help plan implant cases, including complex or medically compromised situations.
The practice is led by Dr. Michael Williams, D.M.D., a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He received the American Academy of Periodontology Award for Excellence in Periodontology, one of only 64 students nationally to receive the honor, and completed a three year residency at the University of Connecticut graduate school focused on advanced dental implant and grafting procedures. He became a certified specialist in Periodontology in 2003 and a board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology in December of 2004.
