From the time that I was referred to Dr. Krekora and his staff, I have been extremely pleased. Everyone is so friendly yet very professional. You can feel the relaxed atmosphere as soon as you walk in and that really helps any anxiety you might be feeling regarding whatever procedure you're going to have. I myself just had the four on 10 implant procedure done by Dr. Krekora I saw him for my follow-up and everything is going wonderful. If I could give more than five stars I would certainly do that. I feel blessed to have been referred to this practice.

I walked in unsure, but left with the best experience I’ve had in months. The staff at Western Pennsylvania Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery were incredibly professional and communicated every step clearly. My appointment was on time, the surgery was painless and efficient, and the team answered all my questions about the tooth extraction and future dental implants. I felt completely taken care of and would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for an oral surgeon or oral surgery near me. I was incredibly nervous with this being my first ever experience with any type of sedation. Dr. Krakora was so kind, efficient, and next thing I knew I was heading back home. The whole process was so quick! His staff was welcoming and completely understood my anxiousness. Everything went so smooth and as I’m currently recovering, I have no issues whatsoever! Normal swelling, but I feel better than I did prior to the removal! Thank you again, so much! Dr. Krakora and his staff were all wonderful!

I had a great experience at Western Pennsylvania Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The staff was efficient, friendly and truly caring, keeping me informed every step of the way. Communication was clear and prompt, and the level of professionalism was impressive. I felt very comfortable with the whole oral surgery process and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable care. I drive a long way just to be able to receive my care here instead of the local office 2 minutes from my house for a reason!! I definitely will again in the future and I don’t regret my decision at all!!!! I did not feel a thing from start to finish except calm and taken care of!!!

I was a little skeptical about making my appointment with Dr. Krakora since my husbands experience didn’t go well- although I must say, my husbands experience is not the best dental patient-he is anxious about them. BUT my experience was very different. The women at the front desk could be a little nicer & smile more- they didn’t seem to have much personality. But once I got into the actual office, that was so much different. All the techs/ nurses I had were very nice, calm & patient answering all my questions. Dr. Krakora seems to be at a fast pace all the time, but still took time to shake my hand at each visit. My actual extraction & implant went very well. The nurse & Dr both made sure I was in no pain and Dr Krakora is very good at what he does. I was given verbal after surgery instructions as well as paper copy, & the drs cell if I needed to call plus several after surgery texts were sent to check on me. I am 5 days post surgery, had only minor discomfort.

I was nervous at first, but the team at Western Pennsylvania Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery made me feel completely at ease. The oral surgeon was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the staff were caring and professional, and the whole process was efficient and smooth. I appreciated how well they explained everything and the gentle care they provided during my surgery.

He is head of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Washington Hospital in Washington, PA, and is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and Pennsylvania Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery.
