I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. As someone who has always been absolutely terrified of the dentist, I know I’m not the easiest patient,but they have gone above and beyond to make me feel safe, heard, and cared for every step of the way. From the very beginning, they took my concerns seriously and made sure I got the treatment I needed, including referring me out for two root canals. After that, Dr. Desai removed my old crowns and placed new ones with such care and precision. Everything was handled with true professionalism and attention to detail. A special thank you to Dr. Desai, who has shown incredible patience and compassion throughout this entire process. No matter how anxious or nervous I was, she never once made me feel rushed, judged, or like a burden. She always stayed calm, kind, and understanding, which made a huge difference for me. Also, thank you for taking such excellent care of my husband he had two extractions and experienced zero pain, which truly speaks volumes about the quality of care here. If you’re someone who struggles with dental anxiety, I cannot recommend this office enough. They genuinely care about their patients, and it shows in everything they do. — Katelyn & Sanjiv Valsan

Best dentist office! Very kind and friendly staff. Dentists who are compassionate and willing to listen. Everyone is so nice-everything is explained and you are told upfront about costs so there are no surprises with billing, and most importantly, they are non judgmental, and do everything to make you feel at ease. It’s always a very good experience!

Best dentist ever, truly. Great balance of real world solutions and top notch care. Both Dr. Kaur and Dr. Desai are knowledgeable and compassionate and great at restoration work. I don’t feel like I’m being sold to or overcharged while getting the best quality care with every single person there from reception to chair. Great for those with different abilities/fear of dentistry. Special shoutouts to Ashley for her warmth and patience on the phone and in person, Katie for her attention to detail and precision with fittings and solutions for hygiene, Beth as the billing and insurance whiz on your side, and Dawn for the chillest cleaning I have ever received- the only time I’ve ever dosed off during dental work! Seriously, this team is the best- and keep things calm and painless. They even have a service dog, Buddy!

A Life-Changing Experience at Westgate Dental! I first came to Westgate Dental a few years ago in a moment of crisis—I had an emergency tooth extraction just before heading off on a West Coast vacation. Dr. Desai and the amazing team at Westgate Dental went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and comfortably. Their kindness, expertise, and efficiency turned what could have been a stressful experience into one of relief and gratitude. Since then, I’ve entrusted Westgate Dental with my long-term dental care, including Invisalign treatment. The results have been nothing short of life-changing. Not only has my smile been transformed, but the restorative care I’ve received has also had a profound impact on my overall health. Thanks to their expertise, my dental health has improved dramatically—and even more incredibly, my sleep apnea has been eliminated. The difference this has made in my daily life is immeasurable, and I truly can’t thank them enough. Dr. Desai is an outstanding dentist who combines skill, compassion, and a genuine dedication to patient well-being. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. And of course, no visit to Westgate Dental would be complete without a special mention of Buddy the dog, whose calming presence makes every appointment even better! I can’t recommend Westgate Dental enough. If you’re looking for top-notch dental care with a team that genuinely cares about your health and happiness, this is the place to go. Specifically made an appointment to get a filling done since previous filling fell out. All that was done at the appointment was an x ray. I was there for over an hour just to get 1 x ray of the tooth and was told I have to schedule a second appointment to have the filling filled because they didn’t have enough time to fill it. Irritated because on the call when I scheduled the appointment I had already told them the filling came out so why wasn’t my appointment booked for an appropriate time slot for a filling to be completed. I was there for over an hour, which is more than enough time for 1 x ray and a filling to be done. I’m not sure if this was so they could bill me for two separate appointments and get more money or what. This was my first time going here and a terrible first impression. I do not recommend this place and will not be going back to them to have the filling done and will be going elsewhere.
